Introduction; you're in the city. Time stops in your own world when you arrive here, so people won't notice you are missing... Carousel, 12 residential buildings, clock which ticks and you can't get rid of that ticking unless you are near others.

Residences. You can just move into an empty one. You will need to pay rent. Shops with various things for sale. A subway system, though no airports or docks. No way out of the City.

Curses... Usually last a day. They alter things, whether you or the city. Uh, nothing you can do to control that, it just happens... Sometimes they are harmless, other times they are not. Some last longer than a day, but those are rare and few between.

Besides that, no exit, Deities who are in charge of the city, but rarely actually tell you anything. Powers and abilities are weakened. Ah. Dead people can seem living... Just no heartbeat, sluggish, cold... but otherwise they can function.

Besides that, currency and other mundane stuff. Avoid the underground unless you want to fight monsters, and there is a forest and a wide variety of people from different worlds...
