38 tightropes walked - video/action
Nov. 30th, 2010 10:23 pm[She's been keeping watch next to the fountain for most of the two days by now, sometimes heading off to search the streets but mostly standing there up on the edge to see over the crowds, hoping to catch a glimpse of curly black or bright red hair, or even a bald head that would tower above everyone else.
Anything that might mean one of her siblings had turned up.
But by now she's nearly exhausted and is only sitting by the fountain instead, Tiger curled up at her feet, tired of running after each new smell the visitors brought with them.
There's still time left to see an old friend who'd gone or else someone dear from home, but her time in the City has only continued to teach her the hard lessons learnt from home not to get her hopes up too much.]
